Our plastic pellets / granules / resin (LDPE & HDPE Granules) adopt the latest filter technology that is not commonly used in Indonesia. The filter has the self-cleaning capability to restrain contamination that will keep the quality intact. Langgeng Jaya Group is a manufacturer of recyclable plastic scrap (PP, LDPE, HDPE), reprocessed & virgin PE & PP pellets. This plastic granule has a capacity production of up to 7,200 tons per year.
Why make plastic pellets? Pelletizing plastic is one of the most common methods of implementing a standardized and efficient plastic recycling process. Recycling operations can be unwieldy and complex. There are many stages of sorting that are required. Getting the plastic from waste to a feedstock for new products is a major challenge. Most production requires plastic to be of a uniform composition and size to be used as a feedstock. Producing pellets from waste plastic provides this. Note that rather than each factory having to handle raw plastics, it’s a single facility produces the pellets and sells them.
LDPE & HDPE Granules / PP (Polypropylene) is a thermoplastic “addition polymer” made from the combination of propylene monomers. It’s also used by many industries, including automotive, medical, and retail to create many types of products. For example, polypropylene fabric is used to create textiles for upholstery, industrial, and manufacturing. As a result, polypropylene recycling has become a necessary function of the polypropylene lifecycle.
LDPE & HDPE Granules
LDPE & HDPE Granules packages are transformed into flakes and granules through a process involving several phases: grinding, washing, flotation and centrifugation.
